Standard Processing Times

All of our marble designs are custom made to order, therefore carry an average turnaround time of 5-7 working days from receipt of order and payment.  

Should you have an urgent requirement please let us know via info@sandandstone.store or +971589008546 and we will try to accommodate this for you, however, expedition cannot be guaranteed.

*Please note processing times may increase during the month of Ramadan due to decreased working hours as per UAE Labour Law.

Delivery Policy

For all accessories, we offer free door-to-door delivery in Dubai & Sharjah within 5-7 Business Days for any orders over 200 AED.

For any orders under AED 200, a charge of AED 20 will be applied.

We do not deliver on Fridays or government holidays.

For any Northern Emirates deliveries there will be an additional charge

RESCHEDULING

For larger items, should you cancel your delivery within less than 5 hours notice, a rescheduling fee of AED 400 will apply.
