Delivery Policy

Standard Processing Times

All of our marble designs are custom made to order, therefore carry an average turnaround time of 7-10 working days, which will begin from the next working day after order placement.

 

Should you have an urgent requirement please let us know via info@sandandstone.store or +971589008546 and we will try to accommodate this for you, however, expedition cannot be guaranteed.

*Please note processing times may increase during the month of Ramadan due to decreased working hours as per UAE Labour Law.

Delivery Policy

For all accessories, we offer free door-to-door delivery in Dubai & Sharjah within 5-7 Business Days for any orders over 500 AED.

For any orders under AED 500, a charge of AED 20 will be applied. 

 

We do not deliver on Fridays or government holidays.

​

For any other Emirates deliveries there will be an additional charge.

SCHEDULING

 

​Once your order has been made, you will be contacted to organize an appropriate time and day for your delivery to take place.

​

Sand & Stone offer a White Glove Service which includes the installation of your furniture items in the preferred room. Such assistance can only take place during the delivery and not on any other desired date.

DELIVERY DAY PRECAUTIONS & PERMITS​

 

To ensure your purchased products arrive into the desired room/ space in your home or office, please take clearance measurements of elevators, doors, and stairways prior to completing the purchase. Please make sure all walkways and the area in which you wish to place the item are clear and ready for the delivery. Service lifts, gate entry passes and move-in permits, if required, must be arranged in advance. 

 

Should delivery have to be reorganised due to an issue on your end, a fee of AED 400 will apply. Where building elevators (for apartments) or staircases (for villas), do not accommodate the product, customers are responsible to organize manual transportation at their own accord. 


Our Installation Team are responsible for placing only the purchased products in the specified location. They are not responsible for removing or moving any existing personal items.

Sand & Stone are not liable for any damage to products that have been in its possession for over six months. In such cases, no exchanges or refunds will be applicable.
